In this uplifting video, Oakland artist Gregory Kloehn discusses how he builds small homes for the homeless using homemade solar panels and discarded materials, such as building supplies, containers, and car parts. He even encourages displaced people to help him build the homes. According to the Plaid Zebra, before making houses for the homeless, Kloehn lived in his own Brooklyn mini-house made from a converted dumpster.

Kloehn is doing his part. Follow this link to learn more about how you can help homeless veterans.
