Sometimes when enlisted family members are gone for extended periods of time, it becomes difficult to remember how to even interact with them anymore after they return. Our beloved military family members can be abroad for years at a time, making it so that many of us are used to going about our daily routines without them.

However, when they do finally return to us, it is always one of the best moments of our lives, especially when they have been gone for a long time.

After three years spent stationed in Germany, this big brother finally made his return trip back home to the United States. And when he made his triumphant homecoming, he had the best plan to surprise his little sister while she was at school.

Her reaction to finally being able to see, touch, and hug her big brother again is absolutely priceless and will surely bring a tear to your eye.
